TỔNG QUAN VỊ TRÍ Kỹ sư Hiệu chuẩn chịu trách nhiệm quản lý toàn bộ hoạt động hiệu chuẩn thiết bị sử dụng trong dây chuyền sản xuất tại nhà máy Molex Hưng Yên. Đảm bảo thiết bị hiệu chuẩn hoạt động chính xác, hỗ trợ đầy đủ cho việc đánh giá chất lượng sản phẩm và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng tổng thể. TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH Đảm bảo tất cả các hoạt động hiệu chuẩn thiết bị được hoàn thành đúng hạn. Lập kế hoạch và triển khai hiệu chuẩn dựa trên lịch thiết bị. Rà soát, cập nhật và duy trì tài liệu liên quan đến hiệu chuẩn; đào tạo và hướng dẫn kỹ thuật viên. Đánh giá, lựa chọn và quản lý nhà cung cấp dịch vụ hiệu chuẩn. Duy trì và cải tiến liên tục hệ thống quản lý hiệu chuẩn thiết bị. Đào tạo, giám sát và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật viên hiệu chuẩn trong công việc hàng ngày. Phân tích kết quả kiểm tra để tìm nguyên nhân gốc rễ của lỗi và đánh giá rủi ro về độ chính xác và an toàn hiệu chuẩn.
