Position Title: Process Engineer Division: Datacom & Specialty Solutions Location: Vietnam Reports To: Product / Production Manager Supervises: Technicians Position Summary The Process Engineer is responsible for supporting product transfer activities, overseeing manufacturing processes from material preparation through final shipment, and ensuring product quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery. This role focuses on continuous process improvement, yield enhancement, scrap reduction, and technical issue resolution while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and global counterparts. Key Responsibilities Participate in overseas training and lead local implementation of product and process transfer activities.
